Study visit - Icelandic University of the Arts

Every year, graduate students from the Icelandic University of the Arts visit the Icelandic Textile Center with their teachers and stay for a week to learn about Icelandic textile traditions, wool processing and the TC2 digital loom. These visits have proven to be enlightening and inspiring for everyone involved, and the new knowledge  has oftentimes been reflected in students' final projects. In 2019, a group of seven students will visit the Center from January 22 - 27.  with their teacher Katrín Káradóttir.
